"Been a resident since January and have nothing but good to say about this apartment complex! Any issue I have had has been taken care of immediately, sound proofing great in the winter-summers are noisy from the highway but no issues here. Power went out last week but fixed within half hour. Plowing good in the winter-grounds maintenance good in the summer. Good response from Management and easy to work with. Best of.." says Sissi on Google

"Andover place it's nice, clean, quiet ambience. I love the work they're doing in the pool area. They have a lifeguard from pool opening to closing. I would love to see a playground area and dry cleaner site. Places must improve with time. So far a good experience 😌" says Luz on Google

"I lived here for two years for my school and really enjoyed it. The neighborhood is quiet, the management team is responsive, and they seem to put real effort into improving the property. There are laundry rooms throughout the complex, a small gym and they recently added package lockers." says Eun on Google

"Good place, clean and quiet, The natural scenery is nice. The area has good security, parking is convenient, and maintenance staff respond quickly. There's a bus stop right at the entrance, which is sufficient for Providence's small city size. Plus, the price is significantly cheaper than apartments downtown." says chenhao on Google
