Marketing rural property requires a different approach than marketing a typical residential home.

A recreational tract, working ranch, development property, and weekend getaway may all contain acreageโ€”but the buyers searching for each can be very different. Good marketing starts with understanding the property and who is most likely to value what it offers.

When marketing rural property:
โœ” Identify the property's strongest features and potential uses
โœ” Provide useful details about improvements and infrastructure
โœ” Use quality ground and aerial photography
โœ” Market where serious land buyers are actually looking
