September 17th, 2026 was record day for our team with $12.7M closed in one transaction. This was one of the most difficult sales we have experienced (caught in the middle of the Zillow lawsuit) with the most rewarding outcome. We showed up every day, marketed the property in every possible way, and got this listing through the finish line.

So happy for our clients on the successful closing. It was an honor to represent both the Buyer and Seller of this gorgeous Lake Minnetonka property, which ended up selling in multiple offers after 82 days on the market.
