Every closing is special to me, but every now and then, there’s one that requires a little extra elbow grease..

This closing was one of those.

I had the privilege of helping a single father and veteran who simply wanted a place that he and his family could finally call their own. ❤️

This property was being sold AS-IS, but it had everything my client had been searching for, including the two fruit trees he had prayed for! 🥹🌳

Of course, getting to the closing table wasn’t without its challenges. It took some creativity, negotiation, teamwork, and a whole lot of elbow grease to make everything come together.
