It is difficult to put into words just how grateful we are to have had Jennifer in our corner throughout the process of finding our forever home.
From the very beginning, Jennifer did something that separates a good realtor from an exceptional one: she listened. Not just to what we said we wanted, but to who we were as a family. She studied us. She learned our priorities, understood where we were willing to compromise and, more importantly, where we shouldn’t. She took our search personally, and we never once felt like we were simply another client or another transaction.
We affectionately refer to Jennifer as our “pitbull,” and there truly is no better compliment we could give her. She is assertive when she needs to be, fiercely protective of her clients, and always seems to have her ear to the ground. Yet she balances that tenacity with an incredibly relaxed, patient, and direct personality. She was never pushy and never pressured us into a decision just to get a deal done. Jennifer knew when to sit back, when to tell us something wasn’t right, and, most importantly, when it was time to strike.
Over time, we developed an incredible amount of trust in her judgment. There were times when Jennifer recognized what we needed before we had even fully realized it ourselves. She wasn’t interested in simply selling us a house. She wanted to find us our house.
And she did.
Jennifer found us our forever home.
Buying a home is one of the biggest and most personal decisions a family can make, and having someone who genuinely takes your needs, concerns, and future to heart changes the entire experience. We will always be incredibly appreciative of the time, patience, persistence, honesty, and heart Jennifer put into our search.
