What a great brunch and get away with the hubs in between meetings.

Seasonal menu is out… need to try it. The breakfast burrito is insane and HUGE! So be prepared if you plan to take it on yourself.

Pumpkin latte - delicious.
Pumpkin French toast- yum!

Thanks for great service and great food. (WDM)

🍂🏡 Get those irrigation systems winterized before Iowa temps drop. A blowout is great for your hair. For your sprinklers? It’s non-negotiable. 💦🥶

Because the “I thought it would be fine” is an expensive way to start spring.

A year of ideas, details, decisions, and making spaces feel like HOME. 🤍 This is only a small fraction of the decisions. 😂🏡 APLL Homes. I love every second of it.

🌿 Came for the house, stayed for the peace and nature. 🏡

Sometimes home is more than four walls. It’s a place to slow down, breathe, and enjoy the little things.

Some days the market feels a little like this. 😂

Hanging on, waiting for the right opportunity, and trying not to overthink every headline.

There’s no perfect market.

If buying or selling is on your radar, let’s talk through your options instead of letting the market make the decision for you.
