🏡 Floor Plan Friday | Meet the Charlotte! 🫶

A floor plan worth falling in love with. 🤍

This beautiful Charlotte ranch recently welcomed its new homeowners! One of our favorite features of this plan is having all three bedrooms on the same side of the home—perfect for families with little ones who want to keep everyone close.

✨ 3 Bedrooms | 2 Bathrooms
✨ Walk-In Pantry
✨ Cozy Fireplace
✨ Built-Ins Near the Primary Suite

🏡 COMING SOON! Another Charlotte is on its way to Ruby Rose Ridge in Des Moines!

Love what you see? Stay tuned for more details, or reach out to learn more about this upcoming home!

***Photos are from a previously completed Charlotte. Features and finishes may vary.***

✨ Current Favorite ✨

We might be a little biased, but this newly finished exterior has us swooning! 😍

From the rooflines to the beautiful combination of color and texture, this one is definitely a current favorite!

🏡 What do you think? Are you loving this exterior as much as we are?
