Here’s a fresh look from above at Altoona’s newest neighborhood Magnolia Plat 1. Homes are finished, more are going up, and the community is coming together fast.

A big thank-you to the builders already bringing Magnolia to life:
🔨 Redwood Builders Iowa
🔨 Parks Custom Homes
🔨 Eagle Homes
🔨 Happe Homes

Their craftsmanship is setting the tone for what this neighborhood will be, and it’s looking beautiful.

The best part? There are still 15 lots available in Plat 1, including pond-view, walkouts and daylight’s lot’s. Whether you’re a builder looking for your next project or a buyer ready to build your dream home, now’s the time to grab your spot.
