The Young Agency was founded in 2012 by David Young, who, at 28 years old and with a $3,000 loan from his grandparents, opened a small real estate office in his hometown. David, along with his mother who obtained her real estate license to help, embarked on a journey in the competitive real estate industry with a vision to succeed. Their determination and family values set the foundation for what would become one of the leading independent real estate firms in the area. Over the years, The Young Agency grew from its humble beginnings to become a recognized industry leader. Family has always been central to the business, with David’s mother, wife, and sister-in-law actively involved, and his stepfather helping out when needed. The agency also experienced loss, with the passing of David’s grandfather, “Grandpa Bob,” in 2018, whose legacy continues to inspire the company’s mission for growth and success. At its core, The Young Agency is driven by a commitment to ethical practices, client-focused service, and honest communication. The company strives to meet the needs of its clients, ensuring every transaction is handled with care and professionalism. The Young Agency remains committed to innovation, embracing technology to stay competitive while maintaining its personal, community-focused approach. As the agency evolves, it continues to prioritize its values of honesty, transparency, and client satisfaction, ensuring that its legacy of excellence and family-driven success endures for generations to come. The Young Agency has earned its reputation as a symbol of trust and excellence in the real estate industry. The familiar sign that graces properties in the area is more than just a brand; it's a promise of quality, dedication, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. At The Young Agency, clients can rest assured that they are in good hands—today, tomorrow, and for generations to come.
