Sometimes the path to building a successful business takes a few unexpected turns!

For Dayna Rumfelt, owner of Lavender Survey and Mapping, a summer job that was supposed to help fund a semester abroad turned into a career in land surveying that would take her around the world.

Last year, Majors Realty Group served over 271 people and closed more than $79 million in sales volume, becoming the fastest-growing brokerage in Alaska’s Interior, with Jon earning recognition as the market’s #1 agent.

But Jen and Jon’s journey began long before their success in real estate.

From Jen overcoming a difficult childhood and rebuilding her life to Jon’s military service and 25-year career in sales, their individual paths eventually brought them together in Fairbanks in 2007.

What followed was the beginning of a partnership built on love, determination, and a shared vision for the future.
