Aw, shucks! (That wasn’t what he really was saying. He was working in the attic, missed the work floor and stepped through the bedroom ceiling. You should come see the house to see if you spot the repair. The product used was One Pass Wall Repair by Rapid Set. It’s the almost painless way to do these repairs.)

Hey, Steve! It’s time to say goodbye to 711 S Marvine.?You can put down the level. and are selling this 1920 sf civil war era house near 11th and Bainbridge this week. Four bedrooms, one bath, a 15-min walk to City Hall. So much done (like central air and loads of lavish millwork and the pretty patio) but so much more possible (such as the attic and oh-so-cool original kitchen in the basement). $450k ask on an $800k block. 3D, floor plans, way more photos soon (and hopefully an open house). Almost 20 years ago with help from , we bought this historic house built in 1831, 911 S Bodine. It’s been the home to so many wonderful people over the years. The watercolor of it on the mantle was done by one.) She lived there and a few years later her friends moved in. When her friends moved out they wanted something to remember their time in the magical house.) Just listed for sale by . There will be an open house Sat 12-2 pm.
