From plans to progress! Take a look at the construction progress at the School of Science and Technology Willow Creek campus in Texas.

Building Hope Real Estate is serving as the project management partner for the $22 million, 60,000 sq. ft. phase II campus, designed to accommodate up to 800 students in grades 3-8.

💪Strong schools start with strong leadership. Building Hope was proud to support our friends at the Florida Charter Institute for their 2026 Governance Conference, which brought together school board members and leaders for a day focused on strengthening governance, sharing ideas, and helping school leaders better serve their students and communities.

Thank you to Richard Siegler for an engaging keynote, to the presenters who shared their expertise, and to every participant who chose to spend their Saturday learning, connecting, and investing in stronger schools.

We’re supporting Dogwood Charter School in the Pittsburgh region with a $350,000 revolving line of credit to help the school put its CSP grant resources to work for students and families!

Built around the Charlotte Mason educational philosophy, Dogwood emphasizes curiosity, relationships, hands-on learning, and educating the whole child. The financing will support the school’s continued growth as it adds a grade level each year and works toward its long-term K-12 vision.

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the extraordinary courage of those who stepped forward to help.

When The Central Academy of Arts and Technology needed additional space, Building Hope Real Estate helped transform more than 10,000 square feet into a new learning environment. And in just 21 days!

The approximately $800,000 project delivered seven new classrooms, building improvements, and a new outdoor play space. The result was more room for CAAT’s growing arts, technology, and college-prep programs.

On Friday, Building Hope joined Independence Classical Academy in Fort Pierce, FL, to celebrate the ribbon-cutting of its new Upper School campus, a milestone made possible by strong partnership, thoughtful planning, and a shared commitment to creating more opportunities for students.

The new campus marks the first phase of ICA’s 61,000-square-foot expansion, adding more than 250 seats for grades 6–12 and new spaces for athletics, debate, entrepreneurship, outdoor education, and hands-on learning.

For the Building Hope Real Estate team, this is what the work is all about: helping great schools turn their vision into facilities that support their mission, their students, and their future growth.
