Consider deposits, inspections, prepaid escrow for property taxes and insurance, as well as closing costs associated with a real estate transaction.

It’s crazy how much can change over a few months. Getting out and gardening has been a great reflective opportunity for me this year.🧘

There have been some ups, some downs, and moments when I thought about giving up. Next year will certainly bring new garden challenges, but hopefully I can work on some of the challenges I’ve faced this summer and get even better results! 💪🏼

What’s your favorite vegetable/herb to grow? I think tomatoes and basil are my top two 😊😋
