Over 11 years as an entrepreneur, and what a wild, unpredictable ride it’s been. 🧡
Some days you’re winning. Some days you’re learning. Sometimes you work every day for a year before your first paycheck—or go years without paying yourself a salary while building your business. You wear every hat until you can finally hire help and create opportunities for others.
One of the best parts of growing is being able to give back more. Supporting my community, mentoring, and building others up mean so much to me. If sharing a lesson I learned the hard way helps someone take their next step, that’s a win worth celebrating.
Real estate has been one of my biggest challenges. I went from working every day for about a year without a paycheck to closing multiple transactions a month. Now I’m ordering more signs just to keep up with how quickly they’re going into the ground! 🏡🙌
To me, these signs represent persistence, lessons learned, and clients trusting me with some of life’s biggest decisions. They remind me why I started: to help others.
🧡 I hope this reaches a new entrepreneur who needs encouragement. Keep going. Keep learning. Keep showing up, even when the results haven’t caught up with your effort. Don’t give up on yourself! Ask for help, adjust when needed, and take it one day at a time.
Today, I’m pausing to celebrate how far I’ve come. Every challenge has made me a stronger business owner, a better REALTOR®, and a better person.
