We were fortunate to attend SECO 2026, connect with fellow manufactured home community owners, and learn how others approach the day to day challenges of operating their communities.
Some of the most valuable conversations came from simply comparing notes with other owners. Hearing what has worked for them, where they have struggled, and how they have improved their operations gave us plenty to think about.
A major takeaway was learning about creative, practical ways to implement AI into daily operations. We left with ideas to explore that could save our team time and help us manage our communities more efficiently.
We also had the opportunity to walk through four show homes and get a firsthand look at their layouts, finishes, and features.
