Proof that good things only get better with time. 🤌✨

As Sequoia turns 40, we’re taking a little trip down memory lane to the places that started it all. Our first stop: Shadow Oaks Apartment Homes! Joining the Sequoia family back in 1988, Shadow Oaks holds the special title of being in our portfolio the longest, and it’s been so special watching it grow right alongside Cupertino, CA as the city has completely blossomed over the decades.

A lot has changed over the years, but with major updates like a freshly renovated community lounge, it's truly better than ever while still keeping that original feeling of home.💙

Throughout the month of August, our team members celebrated their heritage through food, traditions, stories, and shared experiences. From rocking their Heritage Month shirts to learning more about the cultures around us, it was a month filled with connection and celebration.

Our Iron Point at Prairie Oaks team spent their team Purpose Hours giving back at Twin Lakes Food Bank in Folsom, CA. By volunteering in the organic garden, they helped support a program that grows more than 5,000 pounds of fresh produce each year, making healthy food more accessible to the community. 🌱
