Co-Owner of Professional Movers Andrew Androff spent three packed days in Scottsdale at the first-ever in-person SmartMoving Summit.

The sold-out event filled a real gap in the moving industry conference space, with an in-depth look at the customer relationship management and operations tools that power our local, family-owned moving business.

We traded ideas and best practices with other top operators and talked honestly about how each of us uses our CRM to help our move teams deliver the best possible experience for our customers.

We came home to Michigan with great new connections and positive changes for our customers and our move teams.

This is how the pick-up process works when you are unpacked and done with our Rental Crates. Our team will schedule a pickup day and time that works for you. We will quickly organize the Rental Crates and Rental Skates into even stacks to obtain a verification of the total number of Rental Crates and Rental Skates we are picking up. We will count everything with you, collect a signature, and we take everything back to our office where everything will be cleaned and prepared for the next customer to rent them.

NEW SPIDER-MAN MOVIE being released today and it reminded us how Professional Movers actually moved Peter Parker back in 2017. The friendly neighborhood superhero said our movers showed super strength, agility, and web-like ability to hang onto all of his the most challenging pieces of furniture.
