We've got a little serenity set up for you just minutes from Waco. Serenity Bungalow is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in Robinson with room for up to 6 guests and plenty of space to settle in and get comfortable. Spend your days exploring Magnolia, Baylor, downtown Waco, and McLane Stadium, then head home to a quiet neighborhood, fire up the grill, and end the evening around the backyard fire pit. And if you're planning to stay longer than just a bit, even better! Serenity Bungalow welcomes longer stays, too!

Meet Mia & Lia, our Tiny Twins!

These neighboring 2-bedroom homes are made for guests who need a little more than a weekend in Waco. Fully furnished, comfortable, and centrally located, they're a great option for 30+ day stays when you're here for work, relocating, visiting family, or just need a temporary place to call home.

Each Tiny Twin sleeps up to 4, and you'll be just minutes from downtown Waco, Baylor, Magnolia, restaurants, shopping, and more.

Cute names. Cute houses. VERY convenient Waco home bases.

Ask us about a longer stay at Mia or Lia!

Owning a vacation rental can be a great investment. Managing one? Well... that's practically another full-time job. (We know - it's our full time job!)

Guest messages, bookings, cleaning schedules, maintenance issues, pricing, reviews, late-night questions... the list keeps going.

At D&L, we have a local team right here in the Waco area managing the details for you. We know the market, we're available to guests 24/7, and we have people on the ground who can actually respond when something needs attention.

You still own the property. You just don't have to personally manage every moving piece that comes with it.

If you'd like your vacation rental to feel a little more like an investment and a little less like another job, let's talk.
