Hoping to help realtors in all areas and with all different brokerages.  I’m old enough to remember the times where we had creative financing for higher or rising rate environments.
I’m asking lenders to leave a message for the products you are offering in this current market. Variable rate products, by downs, etc. If you don’t feel comfortable leaving a list, please private message me. We all need to be aware of the products needed to be successful in this current market.
Fortunately. I’m old and so the market continues for me, but newer and younger agents could benefit from the update. Thank you in advance for your posts.
