Offer accepted on this beautifully updated house for one of my very good friends and her fiancée 🥰 The sellers totally redid it lifting the ceiling up and modernizing it!

This one wasn’t easy but we pulled it off! My friend fell in love with this house on Zillow and at an open house she attended in person! After seeing it myself I could see why! Since Monday until today, we negotiated our behinds and came out on top of two very similar offers! Our negotiations, consistency, strategy, and pipeline put us out up top! A good lender, agent, co-agent, proposal and strategy can win you the deal! I mean like look how beautiful this house is! 😍

Another happy buyers! I’m so happy for them! I understand what buying your first home feels like and creating your own space! It was an honor that I was able to get them a house that checked all their boxes and keep them close to their family. Their loan was very difficult to get not due to my buyers fault but the mortgage company but with patience, a lot of emailing back and forth we got them to the closing table ! I’m so happy for my buyers for closing on their new house and starting a new chapter! This one was challenging as we looked since April but we never gave up! We toured many houses, we backed out of two but we always kept up faith! I told them I would find them a house they truly loved and check most of their boxes! I love happy buyers who become your friends!
