Protect your floors. Rainy days are part of life here in Clark County! Adding rugs near entryways can help absorb extra moisture and protect your flooring. We provide shoe covers for our listings, too, but a little extra protection never hurts.

Keep walkways clear. Between the rain and falling leaves, decks, porches, and walkways can get messy quickly. A quick sweep before showings helps your home look cared for and welcoming.

We had the pleasure of attending a very powerful class by the American Warrior Initiative yesterday about the challenges our Veteran and Active Duty home buyers face, and ways that we can help make the real estate process better for them.

We also got to see two Veterans be awarded opportunities to be matched with their own service dogs! It was an emotional reminder of why we're donating to help another Vet have that life changing opportunity.

Keep walkways clear: we get a lot of fall leaves in Clark County WA and making sure they're kept off of decks and walkways will help your home look more presentable during buyers' tours.
