The STAR program in New York State reduces property taxes for eligible homeowners, providing significant savings, especially for seniors and lower-income households. The process is easy and helps make homeownership more affordable by exempting a portion of school taxes.

Yesterday was a vibe! We took it back to Brooklyn with the educators vs everybody, at Battle of the Barz. So much fun—raffles, giveaways, drinks, food, and a hydration station. Teachers enjoyed freedom from their everyday tasks: grading, lesson planning, mentoring, and more. We partied from 3 PM to 11 PM on Nostrand, hitting three different venues. Last night was unforgettable—three venues, three times the vibes, three times the happy hour! School's out!

I had someone tell me they'd rather be closer to friends than make a home purchase that would benefit their family. While friends are important, it's crazy to overlook the long-term value and security that owning a home can provide. Investing in property is a crucial step towards securing your family's future and building lasting wealth. Priorities matter, and choosing to invest in your family's well-being and stability is a decision you'll never regret.

Happy Father’s Day to my dad! It’s going on 19 years since you left us, but your loving memories live on. Thank you for the sacrifices and the lessons about self-respect. I miss you daily and wish I could hear your voice again. You should see all your great-grandkids; they’re amazing. I know you’re in heaven, cheering us on. Your spirit inspires me always.
Happy Father’s Day, poppy. ❤️
