Winter is on its way, and we're getting ready!

Our Kading crews are preparing to remove speed bumps throughout our communities to make way for winter snow management. It's one of the many ways we prepare to keep our neighborhoods accessible when the snow starts flying!

So, if you notice a few less bumps in the road, don't worry. We're just getting a jump on winter!

Happy National First Responders Day!

Today, Kading proudly recognizes the firefighters, police officers, EMTs, paramedics, and emergency personnel who work tirelessly to keep our communities safe.

We're especially grateful to the City of Urbandale, Iowa, the Urbandale Police Department, and the Urbandale Fire Department for their dedication and service to the community.

Our Kading residents went all out for this year's 🍂 Fall Front Door + Patio Contest 🍂 and we love it!

Pumpkins, mums, spooky surprises, and plenty of creativity brought a little extra seasonal spirit to Kading communities across Iowa. Front doors and patios are an extra space where little touches make it feel even more like home. A big thank-you to everyone who participated! Kading loves volunteering at the Urbandale Uplift Project, lending a hand with improvements at the historic Olmsted-Urban House!

Team Kading rolled up their sleeves to replace damaged fence pickets, trim bushes, and build a new fence to conceal trash bins, helping preserve and improve this piece of Urbandale’s history.

This annual day of service brings local businesses and volunteers together to make a positive impact in the City of Urbandale, Iowa. A big thank-you to everyone who helped make this community event a success!
