"How much is my land worth per acre?"

I get asked this question all the time.

The answer sounds a lot like my accountant when I ask about my newest tax savings idea:

"IT DEPENDS"

They say good things in life are never easy but always worth it.
...this was one of them. Today I passed the CCIM test and became an official member of the Certified Commercial Investment Members around the world who serve their clients as trusted advisors.

The road was 4 years in making and not an easy one but we'll worth the effort!

Thankful for the many wonderful real estate mentors like Marlin Moul and the late Tom Pendergast who spurred me on, and other CCIM members who provided inspiration!

It is a year later than expected because of Covid, but we have all learned to flex and roll with what lifes brings. Keep working on your goals, the hard things are worth it, friends.

Hope keeps rising!

In January 2021 we signed multiple leases included a Church space and Professional Office.

We all need people and these reflect it will be a return to that soon.

Mentors:

"I'm in your corner" are the words ringing in my ears, as I say goodbye to my mentor and friend, a giant of real estate in our county. For many years, Tom was there to spot me, spur me on and celebrate each sale. And no matter what I achieved, he kept challenging me to keep reaching for the stars while planting my feet on the ground and my eye on what was really important: Family. I was so fortunate to have one of the best as my mentor, Tom Pendergast,.

If you are so fortunate and have a good mentor, you know how the story unfolds. What have they inspired you to attain?

RIP Tom, I will keep reaching for the stars, knowing you are among them.
