📊 Rates are flat and near one-month lows. Bankrate this morning: 7.37% / FHA 7.22%. Freddie Mac's weekly number was 7.40% (as of Oct 15), with a new one due later today
🏗️ St. Cloud keeps building: apartments are going up along County Road 74, and the city says demand for more housing is still there
💧 St. Cloud's proposed 2027 utility budget would add about $1.45 per bill for an average household, plus 25¢ a month for streetlights. Public hearing Nov 16
