🎃 Happy Halloween!

Wishing everyone a fun-filled evening with family, friends and plenty of treats!

A quick reminder for homeowners tonight-- with extra visitors coming and going, take a minute to make sure your porch steps are clear, outdoor lights are on, and pets are comfortable and secure.

And don't forget to keep an eye out for all the little ghosts and goblins making their way through the neighborhood!

Have a spooktacular weekend, everyone! 👻

🍂 Is your furnace ready for colder weather?

Before temperatures drop, here are a few things homeowners can do to prepare:

🏠 Change your air filter: A dirty filter can restrict airflow and make your system work harder. Check it monthly and replace it as needed.

🔥 Test your heat: Turn your thermostat to heat and make sure warm air comes through your vents.

🔎 Check your vents: Make sure furniture, rugs and other items aren't blocking airflow.

🛠️ Schedule maintenance: A professional furnace inspection can help identify potential issues before you need your heat every day.

A little preparation now can help keep your home comfortable all winter long!
