Southern Chic Homes

Sonya has 20 years of experience working with homeowners and helping them to find and create that perfect dream home in Huntsville, Madison and beyond.

After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, Sonya went on to run her own interior design business and work with clients from the ground up in new construction, remodeling and updating existing homes. Sonya, upon graduation, served on the Interior Design Review Board for the University of Alabama for 18 years. Sonya's passion for homes and working with clients to achieve their dream home led her to obtain her Real Estate license in order to share her love of all areas of the Real Estate Industry with her clients. Sonya's qualifications give her the unique perspective, experience and education to help her clients stage their homes in order to sell quickly and to, also, help them visualize what their new home can be. Sonya's integrity, attentive personality, concern for her client's needs and attention to detail are values past clients have appreciated and benefited from. Sonya is a member of the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors (HAAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the North Alabama Multiple Listing Service (NALMLS).
