If you've been around Central Ohio for a while, you may remember us as Monticello Homes. Earlier this year, we entered an exciting new chapter as Better Life Homes. While our name has changed, our commitment to building quality homes and creating exceptional value has never been stronger.
We recently asked our owner, Doug:
"What made you want to lead Better Life Homes?"
His answer says everything about who we are.
"I always knew I wanted to run my own business. When the opportunity came to lead Better Life Homes, I saw the chance to build more affordable homes that delivered real value—for buyers and for the business.
After working for builders of all sizes, I learned what works and where our industry often falls short. Buyers kept asking for the finishes and features they wanted, only to discover the cost quickly became out of reach.
I wanted to change that.
That's the principle behind every decision we make: create overwhelming value."
