We've heard through this winter weather people refer to the storm of 1973. Well, this is an example of how our parents responded to that storm!!!!! The owner added a brick, double fireplace to the home. Newer roof, water proofing and structural basement bracing with warranty. The carpet needs replacing, but WHY? Original hard wood floors underneath that need buffed out and stained! New appliances to suit you needs and interior painting to suit your taste! You can move in and do what the flipper do and increase your equity! Also, one of the largest lots in the subdivision!!!!!!
