Daniel Swaw has been working in and around real estate for the past 15 years, first in construction, and then as a realtor. Daniel’s passion for real estate stems from his drive to make sure clients are reaching their goals and finding homes that they can see themselves in long-term. To Daniel, finding a home is not a simple matter of checking off some boxes, but instead involves finding a space that you can make a home and see yourself coming back to as you move forward in your life and accomplish your goals and dreams. Daniel’s career as an agent began in 2016, and in the first 4 years of his business, he was able to grow more than 400%. Daniel has been fortunate enough to experience wonderful mentorship in his career, and he hopes to pay that experience forward, through making sure his clients feel loved, heard, and cared for in their home search and beyond. When Daniel is not meeting with clients, showing homes, or working hard to make his clients’ dreams a reality, he can be found enjoying sweet tea, tearing through the mountains of Tennessee on an ATV, or relaxing on the golf course, where he enjoys spending an afternoon with friends. Working with real estate has been a dream come true for Daniel, and his mission is to help his clients achieve their own dreams.
