New Construction- Lennar, and many other builders, are offering rate incentives as well as closing cost assistance. This really helps with not only initial affordability (down payment/closing costs) but also long term affordability.

Off Market Sale Closed!

There are 80 resale (not new construction) Raleigh townhouses currently on the market between $300-350k.

The average Days on Market is currently 57 for these homes.

So when my clients reached out to sell this tenant occupied property as quickly as possible, I advised them that the best way forward would be to find an investor and sell it off market.

After calling buyer agents for similar, recently closed homes, I found one who had a potential buyer. We did a walk through, went under contract, and closed this home just 22 days after the tenants vacated.

Sometimes achieving your goals requires unconventional tactics!
