Arizona was a vibe! 🔥

I didn’t know that horses are spiritual animals. I didn’t know that horses go off energy and know the mood you’re in. At first, I said nah I’m not horseback riding and I’m the desert solo.

To my surprise I was able to live and enjoy the moment. My horse’s name was “Beauty”. I learned what all goes to purchasing, raising and taking care of horses consists of. I’ve been living life.

God, thank you 🙏🏽 I owe it all to you.

It’s been such a pleasure working with you! I’m beyond grateful that God allowed our paths to cross.

I met my client in June, and she knew exactly what she wanted. Throughout this journey, we stayed focused on HER goals, HER needs, and making it happen. And guess what? We executed not once, but TWICE!

Let’s just say God was the driver, and we were simply the passengers! 🙌🏽 From negotiating the deal to getting to the closing table, God made a way, and WE CLOSED!

Today, whooped my ass. I’m gone be completely honest. The gym, the phone and working with my “extension filing tax clients.

Nevertheless, my clients always come first because without them there’s no me. This client “investor” client is very special to me so I had to think outside of the box, quick.

As an investor they’re not moving into the property so the traditional gifts I purchases my clients wouldn’t apply for this client.

So, had to put on my creative hat and think of something she’d appreciate rather than not use.

Part 1 of the gift is here.

For me, it’s not always the thought because each client is different and the details have to show.
