Hello neighbors. In the last 12 hrs I've found 2 dead rats around our home. If you've recently put out rat poison, be aware that it migrates off your property and impacts others including pets. Two years ago, we lost our dog Sophie and the doctor thought it was poison.

If you've recently put out poison, if you wouldn't mind privately messaging me a photo of it so we know what to look for. Thanks.

Basketball Goals ...

It seems Associa is getting a little handsy with some neighbors and their basketball goals. As a reminder, portable basketball goals are permitted in our community, however, if you have one placed in the front of the home, it does require ACC approval.
