Help me decide! What paint color would choose?! (for a rental home)🏡

It’s currently a light green and definitely ready for a fresh coat. The roof has warm reddish-brown/rust shingles, so I’m looking for something that works well with those tones while also keeping future resale and broad appeal in mind.
