Congratulations Jesse on your home sale! We finally did it! I've been working with Jesse since March and with him being out of town and wanting to install new carpets and windows during covid it pushed things back a little further but we got it done! I was able to meet up with all of the contractors in his place and we sold this bad boy for WELL over asking in less than 48 hours! Woo!
And of course a huge shout-out goes to my team at Pink Realty for always kicking butt! Thank you! ♥️

A huge congratulations goes out to Jeff and Jill for purchasing their FIRST HOME! Jeff and Jill, you were such a pleasure to work with and even if I tried I couldn't have found more genuine and caring clients!

As always, I also have to thank Kristen Johnson with Community Banks for always being on top of it and for being such an amazing lender! It makes all the difference! Thank you! ♥️

If you're on the fence about buying now I'd encourage you to read this! Rates make such a huge difference in your monthly payment as well as your long term investment! $50 over the course of 30 years adds up to just under $20,000! Crazy right? In Colorado Springs home prices have yet to stop increasing so buy now and start building that equity! You won't regret it. :)

Low mortgage rates are stoking the housing market’s recovery from the coronavirus, but there may be limits to how much of a boost they will give.

A huge congratulations goes out to Joe and Deanna on their new home! We only had 2 days to show houses so the first day was packed full of showings and nothing felt right! Then on day 2 while we were walking up to the first house Deanna told me "today's the day!" We walked in and they instantly knew it was going to be their house! We were competing with several other offers but we still came out on top! Everything works out the way it's supposed to and I'm glad this was the one for you! :) Thank you to Kristen Johnson for helping to make this deal as smooth as possible! 😁😁
