Hello, Buenos Dias, Για σάς! As a Southern Californian native, I’ve lived in LA and Orange counties for over 20 years and can serve your real estate needs. I also have a decade of experience living overseas in both the UK and Greece, locating, negotiating and securing several properties in England, including commercial investment properties. From Picnic with a Patriot, to beautiful homes in Orange County, CA. In N Out made a great lunch for us and our scholars. Oxford Academy hosted a lovely picnic accompanied by music, tetris and a great atmosphere, and despite the heat 🔥 , it was worth it. We love the "animal style" burger 🍔 and fries, along with apples 🍎 we brought and the extra 💧 water to stay hydrated.

A few snippets of Orange County beauty, parks, streets and a money saving clip/tip.

I love the parks, the nature, ponds, hills and lovely trails all so close with play areas, pavilions, tables, benches and shaded areas to rest. As well as the wider, quiet, tree lined streets with beautiful homes.

Also, short clip of a new fridge/freezer. Why? In this market, with rising prices, buying meat, poultry, fish, and veggies in bulk on sale can save $100s a month. A great place to store in a garage. Many of my clients have a fridge/ freezer in the garage for extra food, drinks and to extend the living space into the garage, to watch games, lounge, sew, play pool and the list goes on. Another great reason to own, invest and even invest in health and nutrition.

2 car garage, shaded outdoor, al fresco dining, spa and luxury amenities, beautiful countertops, running x country. What do they all have in common? Excellent return on investments with time ⏳️, fitness, and real estate investment plus real property, and personal property that stand the test of time. What is worth investing in and what stands the test of time?

I like to consider what my client's experience, preference and lifestyle is. In Southern California, capturing the moderate, warm weather, allows one to enjoy outdoors, extend the entertainment and living space to outside, to eat, lounge, decompress, to soak in a hot tub can also allow for relaxation, rest, peace and personal refreshment, all within one property. All according to your lifestyle, pace and preferences.

Running long distance allows that long term fitness goal, allows your body to burn calories, strengthen your mind and body and release endorphins. I love the long term effects of investing time, money, patience and endurance to reward someone with equity, improved health benefits and relaxation, increased wealth and solid retirement funds/investments.

Clark for hosting and Cypress, Buena Park, Anaheim and greater OC to provide the an awesome real estate market, surrounded with beautiful homes. First time doing the Sunny Hills Invitational with a 5k distance, a little longer than 3 miles.

What qualifies a seller or buyer in this heat and this quarter to achieve the real estate portfolio they want?

Focus and determination are helpful, but are also achieved with an experienced agent by their side to guide you through the listing and investing process. Whether a first time buyer, seasoned investor, or somewhere in between you need to have an agent in the process, and a good one can make all the difference when coming to the closing table.

How is this related to x country? Well, to me, its an investment for the long run...whether looking for a return on investment in 2 years, 5 years or more, allowing equity to build while leveraging your investments is also a great option to have.

Running x country is not for the faint of heart...shout out to all those who ran, finished and stuck to it.

Special shout out to SilverLakes Sports in Norco, all the teams who showed up, parents and supporters.

I love watching our scholars and athletes push themselves, stick to it and finish their 🏁 races. Way to go Patriots!

Light or dark counters?
What kind of detail do you like on your cupboards and countertops? This can all be according to your taste as a homeowner, but honestly these are smaller preferences within the matter of investment.
