Thank you Daria for your review: It's hard to imagine having a more positive experience with a realtor than we had with Ken while purchasing our dream home.

Ken was knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, cheerful, punctual, responsive, and overall, just an all-around great fellow to tour multiple homes with.

We found him to be incredibly informed, always patiently & clearly walking us through every step of the process.

No matter what issue arose he was always able to address & resolve it, promptly & effectively.

He answered all our questions, offered new perspectives, and touched on matters we hadn't considered ourselves.

We simply cannot recommend him highly enough to other prospective homebuyers and in fact we now consider him as much a friend as a realtor. Give him a call.

Thank you Susan for your review: Ken is the absolute best to work with. As a first time home buyer who had a lot of questions and worries, Ken proved to be patient, educational, and most importantly a fantastic communicator. He guided our home buying process but was never pushy. It genuinely felt like he was committed to getting us into the right home for us within our budget. We closed on our dream home within less than a month from first touring it, and I know he was a big part in helping make that happen so quickly and smoothly.

Thank you Michael for your review: I was able to work with Ken and it was a wonderful experience. He's a great realtor, level-headed, and takes the time to explain the entire process. I highly recommend him. He is a stand-up guy, especially if you're looking for properties in Albuquerque, New Mexico, or the East Mountains.

Thank you Rebecca for your review: Ken went above and beyond as our realtor. I met him at an open house and did not have a realtor at the time. His friendly genuine nature was clear and gave a warm first impression. He offered to help me with the search in a kind manner that didn’t feel pushy and then called me a couple days later to follow up. He offered to get me showings to anything I had seen and did quick leg work so we could seamlessly start the search. He and Deanna were truly enjoyable and easy to go on the hunt with for a home. He was very flexible and helped get the information we needed promptly and stayed on top of communication with the other agents and with us. Even after the sale of the home he has been a great resource for reputable vendors in town that provide various home services. He has steered us in good directions all around. I highly recommend Ken as a realtor and as a good human.

Thank you Jeffrey for your review: Ken has been great with general real estate advice in the Albuquerque area for me, and more importantly was very helpful with my home purchase last year. The purchase went very smoothly. I had a few additional issues with the property that needed resolving after the transaction closed, and he was still there to help out, definitely going above and beyond!
