Fed signals multiple rate cuts in 2024. If you are planning to buy soon this is the time to do it. When rates drop more people qualify for loans and there are more buyers in the market raising the average asking prices homes with multiple competing offers. Buy now and refinance when rates drop and you won't need to fight as hard for the home you want?
