Maintenance Technician Job Opportunity

Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with more than 20 properties in the Kansas City market.

Maintenance Technician

Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technician that will be based at our properties primarily in Olathe and Gardner, KS, but also occasionally servicing our properties in Shawnee and Kansas City, KS.

The responsibilities of the position will include resolving service tickets generated from our residents and performing preventative maintenance and repair on the properties. In addition, the Maintenance Technician may assist with make readies, grounds, and other tasks assigned by the Regional Maintenance Manager or the Community Manager. Experience with troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, general carpentry, and appliance repair will be necessary to handle the day-to-day maintenance of the properties.
Successful candidates will be responsible to provide “on-call” support on a rotating basis.

Axiom Family of Companies is seeking a Bilingual Care Center Representative to join our fast-growing company’s Care Center Team at our Home Office. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, answering the phone for prospective residents and current residents, validating advertising to ensure it matches current market rates at our properties, corresponding with prospective and current residents via e-mail and potentially helping with on-site leasing. Grounds Technician

Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Grounds Technician/AFC Apprentice based at our properties primarily in Gladstone, MO, but also occasionally servicing our properties in Lee’s Summit and Belton, MO.

The responsibilities of the position will include the upkeep of the grounds including the removal of litter, debris, and pet droppings, upkeep of the hallways, and trash-outs of vacant units. In addition, the Grounds Technician/AFC Apprentice may assist with maintenance tickets, make readies, and other tasks assigned by the Regional Maintenance Manager or the Community Manager.
