I can no longer offer favors, exceptions, or “wiggle room” when assisting with apartment locating.

The sob stories have run thin. It is extremely frustrating and, quite frankly, distasteful to put my name, reputation, and professional relationships on the line to help someone secure housing, only for that person to become delinquent by the second month.

At that point, it becomes a waste of everyone’s time, effort, and credibility.

Moving forward, I will be sticking strictly to the qualifications, requirements, and policies set by the properties I work with. If you meet the criteria, I’m happy to help. If you don’t, I will not be making promises, exceptions, or putting my reputation at risk.
