Congratulations Tina!!💙👏
Tina Smith, MBA - Real Estate Agent Licensed in Oregon
Congratulations to our 2026 REALTOR® of the Year, Tina Smith,!
Tina was unable to attend our Annual Dinner to receive this recognition in person, because she was busy doing what she does best: representing YCAR! Tina was in Washington, serving YCAR at the Oregon REALTORS® Fall Governance Meeting. We couldn’t think of a better example of why she is so deserving of this honor!
Tina has served on the YCAR Board of Directors since 2023 and is currently serving her first year of a two year term as YCAR President Elect and Oregon REALTORS® State Director. Her dedication to our association, our members, and the real estate profession is evident in the time and effort she continually gives to representing Yamhill County.
Her commitment in 2026 alone has taken her to:
• REALTORS® Legislative Meetings in Washington, D.C.
• Region 12 Annual Conference in Seattle, Washington
• Oregon REALTORS® Spring Governance Meetings in Salem, Oregon
• Leadership Conference in Tigard, Oregon
• Oregon REALTORS® Fall Governance Meetings in Stevenson, Washington
And soon, the NAR NXT Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana, in November!
Along with her involvement in YCAR events and initiatives over the years, Tina's dedication goes far beyond holding a title. She consistently shows up to advocate for REALTORS®, support our association, and our local community here in Yamhill County.
Congratulations, Tina, on being named the 2026 REALTOR® of the Year! Thank you for your outstanding service, your leadership, and everything you do for YCAR, REALTORS®, and the Yamhill County community. We are so grateful to have you representing us!
Please join us in congratulating Tina on this well deserved recognition!
