Just like with life in general, sometimes we take for granted how many things are going right in escrow when they could be going wrong 😖😭. Let’s take a minute to appreciate 🙏🏻 all the smooth escrow transactions 🙌 and all the problems that we are able to smooth out, sometimes ones that our clients never even see.

This is my client turned friend 🫶🏻 Christian. I believe we met around 2019? 🤔 and we’ve already done FOUR 4️⃣ transactions 🙌🙌 together. So I’d say I know her pretty well and basically I’m pretty sure I could just DoorDash her a house that she would love and she would trust my judgement lol 😂
