🎂 HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR FEARLESS LEADER: DEREK SHILLING

When Derek is your broker, life is pretty awesome. Highlights include:

He tells you all the time “You’re the best!"..... To everyone.
Derek LOVES to talk and be in front of people. He even more so loves answering his phone with absolutely no idea why you’re calling. (Call him today).

He can turn every conversation into a motivational speech.
He pretty much is our own real estate Danny Tanner.
*Cues Full House dramatic music*

His bio says “excellence is the air we breathe.” In Texas especially now in August. We're all breathing a lot of AC. We're all excellent. We're all the best.

Happy Birthday to the man, the myth, the Captain.

Today, Derek, YOU’RE THE BEST. 🎉

Thank you for all you do for us at Shilling Real Estate.

Jamey is proof that you can be funny and still get serious results.
He may be one of East Texas' favorite comedians, but there was nothing funny about closing over $2 million in real estate last month.

Jamey, thanks for representing Shilling Real Estate with excellence, serving the Tyler community so well, and proving that hard work is always the best punchline. Congratulations on an incredible month! "You are the best!" - Derek

The best in this business never stop proving why they're the best.
Andrea closed more than $1 million in real estate last month, and anyone who knows her understands why. She has built one of the strongest reputations in the Tyler market through experience, honesty, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to the people she serves.

Andrea, thank you for being the kind of leader every brokerage hopes to have. Your professionalism, character, and dedication elevate everyone around you, and we're honored to have you as part of the Shilling Real Estate family.
"You're the best" - Derek.

There are agents who chase transactions, and then there are agents who build relationships. Michelle is definitely the second kind.

Success like this doesn't happen by accident. It comes from genuinely caring about people, working hard, doing the little things right, and letting your faith lead the way.

Michelle, we are blessed to have you as part of the Shilling Real Estate family. Thank you for representing our brokerage with integrity, heart, and professionalism.

Congratulations on an incredible month selling $1.75 million in June and an outstanding first year!!
