The median list price in Tulsa reached $329,500 in September, up 1.8% from last year.

⏳ Homes spent a median of 60 days on the market — giving buyers more time to explore their options.

💰 About 1 in 4 Tulsa listings had a price reduction, creating potential negotiating opportunities for buyers.
