15 months. 22 properties.

One very patient Buyer who wasn't about to settle for a home that didn't check the right boxes. And you know what? I wasn't about to rush them, either. Buying a home isn't a race. Sometimes finding the right property takes a little longer, and that's perfectly fine.

My current assistant is adorable, but his annual review isn't going well.

❌ Constantly yapping
❌ Zero understanding of contracts
❌ Refuses to answer the phone
❌ Demands treats throughout the workday
❌ Thinks "follow-up" means following me around the office
❌ Sleeps through most staff meetings

I was going to put him on a performance improvement plan, but look at that face.

Management has decided to give him another chance. 😂🐶 So I guess he stays. 😂
