I review new land listings that hit the market pretty much every day, but this one caught my eye. 😂

“BOUNDARIES ARE APPROXIMATE.”

Thank goodness they clarified. I was about to take those precision-engineered red squiggles down to the county courthouse and start moving property pins.

Nothing says professional land survey quite like “I drew this with my finger on an iPad while riding in a golf cart.” 😂
