Not true! There are loan programs that allow qualified buyers to purchase with much less.

❌ "Your credit has to be perfect."
You don't need a perfect credit score to become a homeowner. Different loan programs have different requirements!

❌ "Renting is always cheaper than buying."
Not necessarily! Depending on your market, financing, and expenses, buying could make more sense long-term.

❌ "You should wait until interest rates drop."
Trying to perfectly time the market could mean missing out on a home that's right for you.

❌ "You can't buy a home if you have student loans."
Having student loans doesn't automatically disqualify you from getting a mortgage!

❌ "The first home you buy has to be your forever home."
Your first home is a stepping stone, not necessarily your final destination.
