A visit to the courthouse is not always the ideal plan for the day. But, for the next house in Coffeyville, we need to do some planning. A quick visit in person got everyone involved on the same page and we move forward with ease. Often times texts, or even phone calls, do not get the clarity needed when problem solving. We are open to help with utility providers, local code and enforcement, as well as perform site visits and site prep before we get started. On to the next step…

Aaaaannnddd we’re off!!! This is just the beginning on this new build in Big Cabin, OK.

The first step in building a new home is forming the pad, then digging the footings, before the foundation can be poured. You see the outline of the house plus space for porches, while the guy are measuring the work to make sure it’s all good to go to the next step. We pass on the prints to the ones pouring the slab, prepare slope, and plan out where things like the septic tank should be placed. This is all part of early inspecting the property on our end as we ensure proper foundation.

Prep, paint, and brick! Painters have finished the stain, taped off, and now we prepared to mud and tape the walls then paint those as well. Bricks have arrived which will add an excellent accent to the exterior of the house. Progress in Claremore!
