This month's Ventana Market Watch is now available for Ventana Country Club Estates.

The recent sales tell an interesting story: similar-sized homes can sell for dramatically different prices, even within the same micro-market. Four homes of approximately 2,936 square feet sold for between $905,000 and $1.495 million. What accounts for the difference? Buyers are looking beyond square footage and evaluating the whole property—location, views, privacy, outdoor living, condition and overall appeal.

And that is really the story of this month's Market Watch: the market isn't necessarily rewarding the biggest home or the most expensive renovation. It's rewarding the home where everything comes together.
