For this home, we kept things light, warm and inviting—soft neutrals, natural wood tones, touches of greenery and just enough Arizona character. The goal was to make the spaces feel bigger and brighter while still feeling like somewhere you’d actually want to live.

I especially love how the warm wood tones in the home work with the creams and lighter furnishings. Instead of fighting the existing finishes, we worked with them—and it completely changed the feel of the space.

The seller had one special request—turn one of the extra rooms into a game room/office space—and of course, I was all in. I love creating spaces that help buyers see how a home can fit their lifestyle, and this flex space does just that.

From the soaring wood-beamed ceilings to the bright kitchen and spacious primary suite, this home had great bones. It just needed the right furniture and styling to bring it to life.

Staging isn’t about filling a house with furniture—it’s about helping buyers walk in and immediately feel at home. I think we accomplished that here. ✨

There’s something about a beautiful kitchen that instantly makes a house feel like home, and this one is definitely a favorite. 🤍

I recently staged this brand-new 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, and I couldn’t get enough of the thoughtfully designed layout. The oversized island, abundant cabinetry, walk-in pantry, and bright open-concept floor plan create the perfect space for everyday living and entertaining.

For the staging, I leaned into the home’s clean lines and modern finishes with warm woods, soft textures, greenery, and layered neutral tones to make the space feel inviting while allowing buyers to envision their own story here.

My favorite detail? The kitchen. I absolutely love the zellige tile backsplash and it adds just the right amount of texture, character, and warmth while keeping the space timeless and sophisticated. Combined with the stunning island and seamless connection to the living and dining areas, it truly serves as the heart of the home.
